Who is this program for?

Pregnant women in the United States who are ready to cut back on cigarettes and quit smoking. This program is offered by the National Cancer Institute’s Smokefree.gov.

How does it work?

Sign up with the form below or text MOM to 222888. You will receive daily text messages to support you in quitting smoking from the short code 222888 (message and data rates may apply). The program lasts for 6-8 weeks. You can opt out at any time by texting STOP.
